Job Summary
Lead store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, directing daily operations, and implementing store policies. Manage sales and inventory, oversee employee staffing and training, handle financial management, and lead customer service initiatives to resolve complaints and promote the CVS culture. Support the Store Manager with operational action plans for service improvement while maintaining an engaged team through strong leadership. This full-time role requires a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnight, and weekend shifts, with weekly hours of 40. Base pay ranges from $23.47 to $37.47 hourly.
