Operations Manager

Manage club operations by ensuring team members execute punctuality, dress code, and cleanliness standards while supporting member retention through proactive engagement and complaint resolution. Lead hiring, training, and development for Member Services, Recovery Lounge, and Fuel Zone staff; supervise POS operations, maintain supply levels, and conduct monthly performance reviews. Mediate team relations, ensure HR training completion, and drive revenue goals alongside the General Manager. Work a full-time schedule including prime times, early mornings, late nights, and weekends as needed for special events.
