Job Summary
Oversee store operations to support the Store Director in delivering a convenient, friendly, and clean shopping experience. Lead and mentor Service Specialists, conduct interviews, hire, train, and develop partners; plan, assign, and direct work; evaluate performance; schedule, address complaints, and resolve issues. Review historical data to forecast sales from ads/promotions; manage inventory and ordering to maintain in-stock levels; analyze profit, loss, sales, shrink, and labor data and report findings to upper management. Ensure pricing accuracy via communications with operations support and scanners. Maintain a safe, sanitary environment; enforce food safety standards and proper labeling. Prepare and verify store deposits and change orders; balance tills in accordance with tender policies. Identify opportunities for process improvements and advocate for efficiencies. Demonstrate strong customer service through greeting, assisting, and addressing questions or complaints while supporting teamwork and a positive store culture.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Two or more years of related experience
- TABC/LACT/AATC certification
- Food Handler certification
- Fuel Operator C training
- Manager Food Safety certification
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML) certification
- HIPAA certification
