Job Summary
Operations Manager responsible for day-to-day workflow oversight, supervising Operations Supervisors/senior staff, and translating organizational priorities into scalable processes, performance management systems, and operational improvements. Oversees timely processing of applications, payments, and program services; monitors turnaround times and service quality; leads workflow optimization, standardization, and SOP development; tracks KPIs, generates reports, and uses data to improve outcomes; collaborates with Finance, Programs, and Data & Technology teams to support efficient service delivery; ensures adherence to funder requirements and high-quality documentation; contributes to capacity-building, accountability, and continuous improvement across programs.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in operations, program administration, or related roles
- 3+ years of management or supervisory experience
- Experience in compliance-driven or government-funded environments preferred
- Experience with financial processes, payments, or fiscal intermediary models preferred
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with data systems and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Intacct, Excel)
