Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day branch operations, analyze workflows for inefficiencies, and implement changes to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness. Supervise and develop staff through performance evaluations while managing labor planning to meet financial targets. Source products, manage inventory, and ensure equipment maintenance alongside strict safety compliance and risk mitigation. Track KPIs, report daily challenges, and coordinate operational projects to align with branch growth goals. Partner with internal departments and external vendors to execute excellence strategies and maintain high customer service standards. Requires 7+ years in landscaping, bilingual skills, and a Qualified Applicator License.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a landscape or business-related field, or equivalent experience in a service-based industry
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction or landscaping industry
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience within the landscape or service industry
- Qualified Applicator License (Pesticide or Fertilizer)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, as well as company systems such as FSM, BrightPath, and MFP/WAR calls
- Experience with mobile applications, including retrieving email, accessing and using mobile applications, taking, and sharing pictures
- Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving work environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to create and foster a team-oriented environment
- Ability to walk, bend, twist, and carry up to 50lbs
- Ability to traverse uneven surfaces on job sites for quality checks and inspections
- Must be able to travel within the branch territory to visit designated client properties
- Ability to maintain, in your possession at all times, required medications to address any known allergic reactions should they occur
