Job Summary

Lead Site Directors and support teams across Burnsville, Lakeville, Prior Lake, and Waconia locations by conducting weekly site visits to provide coaching, accountability, and connection. Champion educational excellence and licensing compliance by guiding centers to meet Parent Aware standards and state requirements while ensuring financial accountability through budgeting and enrollment forecasting. Build meaningful relationships with families and employees to create a safe, engaging environment, serving as a liaison between site leadership and corporate departments for timely support. Develop succession plans and coach newly hired Site Directors to ensure competency and confidence. Full-time Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends; starting salary of $56,000 monthly plus bonuses.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Teacher qualified under State Standards
  • Official transcripts of all post-secondary work
  • One-year minimum experience in an Early Childhood Education setting
  • Certification in Adult and Pediatric First Aid & CPR completed within 30 days of employment
  • Must complete a background check
  • Fingerprints shall determine that the applicant has not been convicted of a felony
  • No criminal record that the commissioner reasonably believes renders the person unsuitable to be employed in a child care center
  • Must be able to stand and walk extensively
  • Must be able to sit on the floor and on low (12") chairs
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, and kneel frequently
  • Must be able to lift and carry children extensively in the infant/toddler program
  • Must be able to move equipment (cots, tables, etc.) frequently
  • Must be able to drive 30 minutes to one hour to visit centers
  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Must be able to be exposed to unpleasant odors and fluids caused by vomit (occasional) and bodily elimination
  • Must be able to be exposed to loud noises (baby crying, toys falling and other common occurrences of children at play)

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of five years teaching experience with young children
  • One-year management or leadership experience
  • Demonstrates qualities of an effective leader including a genuine concern for others
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving capabilities
  • Presents concerns in a thoughtful, balanced manner
  • Compromises and/or in group situations seeks consensus when appropriate
  • Associate College degree/credits or CDA Credentials to teach in early childhood education
