Job Summary
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow while monitoring key performance indicators to identify improvement areas. Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, oversee budgeting and financial planning for resource allocation, and collaborate with departments to coordinate seamless communication. Identify process improvements to increase efficiency, maintain vendor relationships for timely delivery, and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations. Prepare regular reports on operational performance for senior management. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of operations experience, and strong analytical skills within Brandcoven's marketing agency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency
- Proven track record of successfully managing and developing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
