Job Summary
Operations Manager to lead multi-faceted youth programming at the South Elgin Clubhouse, overseeing STEM, arts, academics, athletics, esports, and leadership areas; build and manage Industry Clubs and workforce-readiness initiatives; recruit and manage community partners; ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality program delivery; supervise and develop Youth Development staff; leverage MyClubHub data to drive program improvements and outcomes; drive enrollment and family engagement while managing budgets, inventory, and operational planning.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in youth development, program management, or operations
- Experience leading teen programs or workforce readiness initiatives
- Strong ability to manage multiple programs and partners at once
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Passion for creating meaningful opportunities for youth
