Job Summary
Oversee store operational strategy by investigating inventory accuracy issues, championing operational standards, and coordinating labor hours for efficient product deliveries. Manage the budget, reporting, and business metrics in partnership with the General Manager while leading the Operations team through continuous coaching, talent development, and succession planning. Write effective schedules that prioritize business strategy and ensure the team embodies ALO's mission to drive mindful movement from the studio to the street. Requires constant movement throughout the store, including lifting up to 15KG and working a rotating roster across peak trading periods and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
- Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
- Aligns with and embodies ALO's Guiding Principles
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 10-15KG
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
- Flexible approach to availability, including working a rotating roster across peak trading periods and weekends
- Consent to completing a VEVO check to verify right to work in Australia
