Job Summary
Oversee 4–5 residential maintenance crews in the Tampa market, ensuring production, routing, scheduling, and quality standards. Own crew scheduling, dispatch readiness, and equipment/tools provisioning; improve routing to maximize productivity. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer issues and service recovery, maintaining client satisfaction and retention. Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of field staff; coordinate with office staff and sales for scoping, estimating, and project coordination. Maintain fleet and equipment readiness and drive cross-functional alignment to improve overall operational efficiency and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in operations or production management within landscaping or the green industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple crews simultaneously
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Systems-oriented with the ability to build and enforce processes
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites
