Operations Manager

Operations Manager will lead and guide a team of Care Experience Coordinators supporting Bloom’s Digital Health and Home Care Services. In this leadership role you will optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the team, coaching and mentoring staff to deliver the Best Care Experience in the Home Health Care Sector. Responsibilities include developing master schedules and managing staffing to match client needs, coordinating with HR on recruitment and staff development, leading team meetings and performance reviews, ensuring on-call coverage for emergencies, generating performance reports, expanding contracts with partners, and collaborating with payroll and HR to handle inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
