Operations Manager - Bethel

Guide and direct facility management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's services. Direct, plan, and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives. Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and systematically report these results to the Regional Operations and General Managers. Maintain engineered staffing levels for all positions, including coaching, skills development, rewards, recognition, performance management, and staff productivity for hourly and salaried roles. Ensure adherence to all aspects of the contract and work with vendors and independent contractors for accountability to the operating agreement. Report to the Regional General Manager with a schedule from Friday to Monday, 1:30pm to 12:00am.
