Job Summary
Lead and develop warehouse, shop, logistics, and operations teams in a safety-first environment; oversee receiving, inventory, testing, repairs, and shipping; manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to meet customer deadlines; drive operational efficiency through SOP development, KPI tracking, and process improvements; maintain inventory accuracy and operational documentation; ensure compliance with safety, quality, and OSHA standards; collaborate with Sales, Finance, Service, and Leadership to support business and customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of operations leadership experience within power generation, industrial equipment, manufacturing, or related industries
- Experience leading warehouse, shop, logistics, or service operations teams
- Strong background in inventory control, scheduling, and workflow coordination
- Familiarity with OSHA, safety, and quality compliance standards
- Experience with ERP/CMMS platforms; Acumatica preferred
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience preferred
