Job Summary
Operations Manager to oversee daily operations for a pump-system service provider, coordinating field technicians, managing projects in residential/commercial/industrial/municipal water and wastewater, scheduling and labor planning, diagnosing electrical/mechanical issues, maintaining customer relationships, supporting estimating and bidding, assisting with business development and profitability, and promoting safety; requires managing in a contracting/industrial service context, with a technical college degree or trade-school certification preferred and strong knowledge of MEP systems, blueprints, and ERP/Accounting software.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of management experience in mechanical systems, service, maintenance, or sales
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including pumps, motors, and control systems
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and review contracts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; experience with QuickBooks, Adobe, and Sage Accounting is a plus
