Operations Manager

Serve as the primary contact to school districts to ensure strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders. Manage daily operations, assist with hiring new employees, and implement policies to improve productivity and efficiency. Interview, hire, and train new transportation coordinators, supervisors, and dispatchers while maintaining appropriate staffing levels. Partner with safety leaders to establish a safety-first culture and ensure all employees have proper certifications and licensing. Work with fleet maintenance to keep buses operational, review and prepare monthly billing and payroll, and assess departmental budgets to minimize expenses. Coordinate teams to foster cross-team learning and identify problems to maximize efficiency and revenue.
