Job Summary
Operations Manager responsible for owning the entire post-sale operation from scheduling and production planning to installation management and customer escalations. Lead and develop a W-2 installation team of 7-10, manage production schedules, vendor coordination, and job readiness, and drive quality, safety, and KPI improvements. Conduct jobsite visits, coach installers, uphold installation standards, recruit and train new team members, and partner with ownership to scale the business and support expansion initiatives. Strong emphasis on residential window/door installation expertise, post-sale operations, CRM proficiency, and customer service excellence; experience with premium window/door brands is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Residential window and door industry experience with strong understanding of installation quality, measuring, ordering, and jobsite execution
- Experience directly leading and managing W-2 installation crews, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and accountability
- Experience managing post-sale operations, including scheduling, production planning, customer service, installation operations, and project execution
- Strong technology and CRM skills with experience using production tracking systems, scheduling software, reporting tools, and spreadsheets
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills and experience handling homeowner concerns and escalations
- Strong understanding of safety practices, installer accountability, and operational discipline
- Experience with ProVia, Andersen, Pella, Marvin, Sierra Pacific, or similar premium products is a plus
