Job Summary
Operations Manager responsible for overseeing the service center operations, driving safety culture, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Lead and develop the team, manage inventory and procurement in line with JSOX and QMS, collaborate with Supply Chain, HR, Quality, Safety, and Finance, and drive initiatives in service quality, employee engagement, and MOP attainment. Focus on growing the customer base (AGRNA tailgater accounts), achieving sales and margin targets, staff performance management, and maintaining adherence to standards. Requires strong leadership, English proficiency, MS Office skills, inventory control experience, forklift capability, valid driver's license, and a BS/BA degree with supervisory experience (or substantial equivalent) in the aftermarket glass replacement industry.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree and 3 years supervisory experience or 5+ years supervisory experience without degree or significant experience (7+years) with Aftermarket Glass Replacement industry along with demonstrated leadership abilities
