Job Summary
Manage dispatch operations by evaluating pickup and delivery requests, assigning drivers based on availability, and tracking active vehicle services through the Cloud ERP. Motivate staff of professional drivers and office personnel while assessing vehicle conditions to identify defects and coordinate repairs. Complete title and registration services at DMV locations, monitor system performance, and analyze daily reports to improve efficiency. Ensure compliance with FMCSR regulations, resolve customer service issues, and develop contingency plans. Travel 2-3 times annually for meetings.
