Operations Manager

Direct or indirectly supervise associates and supervisors, including interviewing, hiring, training, planning work assignments, and addressing performance issues. Maintain organized hotel operations by preparing work schedules based on forecasted occupancy and coordinating staffing and payroll within budgetary standards. Oversee day-to-day activities across the front desk, breakfast, housekeeping, and engineering departments while ensuring safety compliance and inventory management. Work scheduled Manager on Duty shifts weekly and provide outstanding guest service by meeting customer expectations. Confers closely with the General Manager to align with overall objectives for revenue, profit, and guest satisfaction.
