Job Summary
Operations Manager in Augusta, GA overseeing planning, coordination, evaluation, and supervision of all technical and operational activities for the department, plus management of staff. Works directly with customers, guides employees, and manages services and supplies with emphasis on safety and quality. Requires 5+ years in NDT; Nuclear and/or Casting experience preferred; prior management experience; strong written and verbal communication; ability to schedule upwards of 50 personnel; drug screen and valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ITAR-related compliance for U.S. export-controlled information. Includes potential relocation assistance and ability to work in a high-safety, industrial environment with shifts up to 12 hours/day, travel, and exposure to radiation and hazardous materials.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of related experience in NDT
- Nuclear and or Casting experience preferred
- Prior Management experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to learn and comply with all company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Comfortable with scheduling upwards of 50 personnel
- Conflict management and resolution
