Job Summary
Operations Manager with responsibility for directing and overseeing all Operations functions, including building and grounds, event conversion and technical services, event management (ADA compliance), and custodial services. Responsible for coordinating cross-departmental activities, enforcing policies, managing budgets and vendor negotiations, overseeing preventive maintenance and safety procedures (OSHA/Fire/Life Safety), and acting as liaison with external agencies. Requires leadership to train staff, develop procedures, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations, with flexibility to work at events and extended hours. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and able to supervise and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a major in Management or Maintenance Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Supervising or Managing in a similar facility
