Job Summary

Serve as the primary interface between customers, sales, system operations, and vendors to ensure quality service while adhering to company policies. Manage warehouse activities including forklift operations, load/off-load trucking for optimal routing, and ensuring full OSHA compliance. Analyze monthly operational key performance measures and benchmark data to drive continuous improvement strategies.
