Job Summary
Operations Manager responsible for partnering with the plant leadership team to ensure operational policies and processes are properly executed and adhered to, while analyzing and improving processes to drive productivity, efficiency, safety, and quality. Role includes leading manufacturing operations, supervising shift managers, coaching and mentoring teams, ensuring tools and resources are available, driving KPI/metrics, promoting a safety culture, training and developing staff, and collaborating across departments to meet production goals and sustain continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- 8+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Prior management experience preferred
