Job Summary
Alloy is seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee field operations for environmental abatement and demolition projects. Responsibilities include leading daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating labor and equipment needs. The role involves acting as the primary contact for clients, collaborating with Project Managers, supervising warehouse operations, sourcing supplies, and providing coaching to field staff. Candidates must have experience in construction or environmental remediation, leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Industry experience in construction, demolition, or environmental remediation
- Proven leadership in managing field operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR check required)
- Ability to pass a background check

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
- Knowledge of heavy equipment and demolition techniques
