Job Summary
Manage receiving, processing, and staging of all new inventory while ensuring accurate transfers, returns, and e-commerce fulfillment. Organize warehouse and backstock areas, maintain clean storage zones, and oversee daily replenishment from back stock to the sales floor. Perform scheduled cycle counts, process special orders and shipments, and train team members on back-of-house and fulfillment best practices. Provide occasional light guest-facing support when needed. Requires experience in retail operations, warehouse management, or inventory control, proficiency in Excel and POS systems, and ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail operations, warehouse management, or inventory control
- Proficient in Excel and POS back-end systems for reporting, tracking, and operational needs
- Excellent communication and follow-through skills
- Ability to lift or move up to 50-pound boxes or racks
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods of time
- Confidence in managing inventory processes, warehouse operations, shipment processing, and replenishment
- Willingness to provide light guest-facing support when required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in back-of-house or logistics preferred
