Job Summary
Lead a team of AI and Automation Designers and approximately 10 automation professionals to identify, design, and execute AI and automation solutions that drive operational efficiency, cost savings, and risk reduction. Provide hands-on design direction and governance, set expectations for design quality and standards, mentor the team, and serve as a senior liaison between business leaders and technical teams. Drive platform unification through consistent design patterns, oversee solution feasibility and scalability, align with business strategy, and inform cross-initiative requirements, timelines, and risk considerations. Demonstrate strong leadership, collaboration, and communication to deliver enterprise-wide AI/automation initiatives and guide architectural decisions with a focus on value and long-term platform strategy.
Required Qualifications
