Job Summary
Independent, highly organized Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of a private-money lending business. Manage transaction workflows, coordinate with banks/title companies/borrowers, source and manage contractors (including Fiverr freelancers) for tech integrations and operational builds, and map scalable SOPs with video tutorials. Independently research solutions, document processes with Scribe and screen recorders, and ensure projects are completed to a high standard. Work directly with the business owner with substantial autonomy, in a remote setting aligned to US Mountain or Eastern Time hours. Proficiency in Mortgage Automator and Monday.com, Slack, and excellence in communication and stakeholder management are required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in operations, administrative management, executive assistance, or project coordination—ideally within a fast-moving, remote environment.
- Strong mastery of Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Comfort utilizing screen recorders/Scribe to document processes.
- Native or advanced fluent English proficiency (both written and verbal).
- Must be fully available to work during US Mountain or Eastern Time business hours.
- Autonomy and ability to work without hand-holding.
- High attention to detail.
