Job Summary
Operations Manager responsible for meeting customer requirements and achieving operational targets such as scrap reduction, on-time delivery (OTD), productivity and quality, while managing manufacturing costs. Drives a continuous improvement culture, defines ramp-up plans when needed, and coordinates with production, quality, planning, and materials functions to meet timelines. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 10 years of experience in operations, solid understanding of quality systems, and strong ERP experience (Oracle or SAP). Emphasizes problem solving, customer satisfaction, and quality control; focuses on production matters and direct personnel management. We offer a competitive salary and superior benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 10 years and above experience in any operational area, such as production, quality, planning or materials
- Complete understanding of quality systems
- Experience using ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent)
- Extensive experience in problem solving, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and quality control
- Extensive experience on production matters, in special, enough experience in dealing with direct personnel
