Job Summary
Lead the operations of ABA pediatric clinics, owning financial, safety, and compliance oversight across multiple sites; drive KPI tracking, clinic budgets, onboarding and family education, and high-quality clinical outcomes while developing and retaining 25–50 teammates. You will partner with Clinical Directors and Department Leaders to maintain operational excellence, perform performance evaluations and development plans, plan monthly/quarterly team events, and shape a positive, high-impact culture with a strong focus on families and clinical success. The role requires substantial people-management experience, strong communication, high EQ, and the ability to manage complex operations across locations in TX, AZ, CO, IL, NC, and MN. Education: Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree preferred or substantial management experience; expect a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years of people management experience leading a large team across multiple sites and/or district management
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred or considerable people management experience required
