Job Summary
Operations Manager for a hotel overseeing Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B Service, Culinary & Engineering. Responsible for maximizing profitability and ensuring superior guest service and product quality. Develop and manage annual and long-term goals for the operational departments, and establish operating budgets and financial forecasts in coordination with the General Manager. Drive guest satisfaction, safety compliance, brand standards, and cross-department coordination. Lead recruitment, training, and performance development of department heads and staff; manage commercial strategies including marketing plans, revenue optimization, and cost control to achieve upscale service and financial targets.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma, degree or masters in hospitality - food & beverage, or hospitality management
- At least 5 years of professional experience in hotel operations, with strong exposure to Food & Beverage
- Fluent in English, additional language would be a plus
