Operations Manager

Operations Manager responsible for driving operational excellence across regional projects, serving as operational leader for project execution, safety, staffing, risk management, and performance consistency. Leads project execution planning, oversees staffing and scheduling for field and operations teams, champions continuous improvement, and collaborates with Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents, and Professional Service Groups to ensure predictable outcomes and adherence to company standards. Key duties include incident-free environment leadership, risk mitigation, project reviews, regional operations meetings, recruitment and development, training compliance, and support for preconstruction and staffing alignment. Requires extensive experience in construction/operations, safety leadership, and ability to manage multiple projects regionally with strong communication and collaboration skills. Travel 20-25% and onsite Dallas, TX location with flexibility for evenings/weekends as needed.
