Job Summary
The Operations Manager Accelerated Program (OMAP) is an intensive 18-month development program aimed at preparing high-potential leaders for roles as Operations Managers. Participants will engage in structured rotations and hands-on training across various business functions such as Operations, Sales, and Finance. Key responsibilities include gaining hands-on experience in core operations, analyzing business metrics, supporting staff management, ensuring compliance with standards, and collaborating across teams. Ideal candidates should have supervisory experience, strong leadership abilities, and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years supervisory or management experience.
- Proven ability to lead large teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and manage complex projects.
- Working knowledge of business finance, controls, and performance metrics.
