Job Summary
Plan, direct, and monitor all production activities within an assigned area or unit to maximize productivity, develop manufacturing schedules, allocate labor and capital, minimize disruptions, and achieve cost, wastage, and quality targets. Lead and develop a team of supervisors responsible for assembly, machine operation, processing, treating, or packaging; collaborate with functional managers to forecast product needs, estimate costs, and integrate requirements into schedules; manage maintenance and downtime to sustain production flow; operate in a clean-room environment and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing/operations or related field
