Job Summary
Operations Manager to lead a 4-shift, 24/7 forging facility in Sanford, NC. Oversees safety, quality, people, volumes, and cost (SQPVC); drives staffing, scheduling, and performance; enforces EHS standards; leads Kaizen events and Lean continuous improvement; manages production planning, equipment, tooling, materials, and labor to meet targets; drives OEE, throughput, and cost performance; coordinates with maintenance, engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality; develops shift Supervisors and frontline leaders; conducts daily/weekly monthly operating reviews and reports on throughput, downtime, scrap, and productivity trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field
