Job Summary
Operations Manager responsible for day-to-day field scheduling, workforce allocation, travel logistics, and program materials, with a focus on accurate reporting, compliance, onboarding/training logistics, and process improvements. Partners with Field Operations Managers and client stakeholders to coordinate activities, develop operational dashboards, and maintain inventory and payroll/timekeeping processes. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in operations, project management, or workforce management, along with strong organizational, analytical, and Excel/reporting capabilities.
Required Qualifications
