Job Summary
Lead a portfolio of parks and resorts across the NSW South Coast to achieve commercial and guest outcomes, driving revenue, profitability, and operational performance. Inspire and develop leaders while championing exceptional guest experiences and navigating challenges through data-driven decision making. Partner with key stakeholders to deliver business priorities and support safe, compliant operations. Get out on the road regularly to provide hands-on support and lead continuous improvement. This 12-month contract requires proven multi-site operational leadership experience and the flexibility to travel throughout the portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Proven multi-site operational leadership experience within hotels, resorts, tourism, hospitality or holiday parks
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and performance management
- Experience guiding leaders and influencing teams across multiple locations
- Exposure to Food & Beverage, conferencing or events operations
- A practical, solutions-focused approach with the ability to balance strategy and day-to-day operations
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills
- The flexibility to travel regularly throughout the portfolio
