Job Summary
Analyze performance results to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities in safety, quality, yield, and efficiency. Recommend and support improvements across operations while troubleshooting issues and proposing solutions. Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Maintenance, and FSQA to lead processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Support supervisors with data recommendations and monitor compliance to escalate risks when necessary. Plan for staffing, production flow, and resources while building knowledge of equipment and systems. Work either 1st or 2nd shift with up to 12 trips per year.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree, technical degree, or higher in a related field or equivalent practical experience (1 year)
- Bachelor's degree
- Exposure to production, agriculture, or manufacturing environments through work, internships, or school projects
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Basic computer skills (Excel)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Leadership potential and ability to influence others
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
- Understanding of safety and quality standards
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of how Live and Processing operations work together
- Ability to work either 1st or 2nd shift
