Job Summary
Manage customer relationship activities by providing quality interface, proactive management, issue resolution, and satisfaction tracking. Coordinate with the rental department to maximize utilization while partnering with Sales for new business and lease management. Oversee running costs, maintenance overheads, and policy adherence to optimize expenses. Ensure accurate PM scheduling, vehicle status updates, and technician work planning for efficiency. Account for coordinating with Maintenance, Asset Management, and Marketing to drive operational excellence and customer retention. This 18-month structured training program develops leadership skills for recent graduates, requiring relocation within the business unit at program conclusion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year or more in customer service with issues resolution experience
- Strong PC knowledge/skills to include spreadsheet and word processing software packages Advanced
- Basic understanding of Business Finance, controls and metrics Beginner
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Instills commitment to organizational goals
- Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
