Job Summary
Conduct daily operations across front and back office functions at multiple STAYERY locations, actively shaping business processes from check-ins to guest experience. Collaborate with Operations Managers and the Head of Operations on projects to improve workflows and support new hotel openings from construction through launch. Rotate between German sites to build a strong network while living on-site, receiving regular feedback and mentorship from experienced House Managers. The 18-month program includes a trial period and interviews with HR and founders. Candidates must have hospitality training and speak German and English. Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Hotellerie, Tourismus oder vergleichbar
- Erster Praxiserfahrung
- Gutes Verständnis für Zahlen, Prozesse und Performance
- Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, für Einsätze durch Deutschland zu reisen
