Job Summary
Operations Management Trainee at Tyson Foods’ Dardanelle Plant supports day-to-day production and operational performance using independent judgment, data analysis, and cross-functional teamwork to identify opportunities and drive improvement. This role builds foundational leadership capability for future supervisor positions and emphasizes solving operational issues, supporting safety, quality, yield, and efficiency, and driving continuous improvement through collaboration with HR, Maintenance, FSQA, and Accounting.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree, technical degree, or higher in a related field or equivalent practical experience (1 year)
