Job Summary

Join Innovation Consulting LLC’s Operations Management & Planning Talent Pool to be first in line for roles involving system operations, network analysis, outage coordination, and work management. Responsibilities may include developing and maintaining work schedules, resource plans, and project forecasts; monitoring operational performance for safety and reliability; coordinating dispatch and field work; and utilizing enterprise systems such as Maximo, SAP, OMS, WMS, or GIS to track work and asset data. Collaboration with engineering, construction, and customer service teams to align operational priorities is expected; exact duties will vary by assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Planning, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Experience within electric, gas, or water utility operations, work management, or system planning preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, scheduling tools, or enterprise asset/work management systems
- Proven ability to manage workflows, prioritize competing demands, and communicate effectively across departments
- Ability to pass background screening and compliance verifications
