Operations Management Intern

Operations Management Intern role focusing on operational analytics, data tracking, and project coordination to optimize high-volume logistics for Instawork's IRL program. Responsibilities include breaking down workflows to identify automation opportunities, auditing large-scale datasets in Excel for reporting/forecasting, overseeing task lifecycles, liaising between technical teams and field operations, and rapidly troubleshooting real-time operational issues using a first-principles approach. The role targets engineering graduates (B.E./B.Tech) with leadership experience in a college event or similar high-pressure environment and requires strong Excel/data skills and systems thinking. Location: Bengaluru, India; onsite collaboration in a four-to-five day-per-week in-person setting.
