Operations Management - Client Static Data Specialist

Job Summary
Operations Management role focused on client static data and onboarding processes. Responsible for client account setup, maintenance, data input and approval in core systems, data quality remediation, addressing queries from business units and compliance, and supporting data lifecycle activities including data extraction, validation, and data migration projects. Requires Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in banking/securities operations, strong Excel (Python/VBA advantageous), and proficiency in English and Chinese. Knowledge of KYC/AML/FATCA/CRS/QI is advantageous; must be detail-oriented, analytical, able to work independently, and available for overtime. Hong Kong-based, full-time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of operations experience in Bank or Securities Firm
- Hands-on experience in Account Opening and Client Reference Data
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Python/VBA skills are advantageous
- Knowledge of KYC/AML/FATCA/CRS/QI processes is advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail
- Diligent, analytical and organized
- Be able to work independently and willing to work overtime
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
