Operations Management

Monitor TKM daily operations, manage BOM maintenance for new contracts and kit changes, and oversee setup processes for evaluation and demo kits. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process areas hindering goal achievement and maintaining matrices for process enhancements. Coordinate project activities from planning to implementation, preparing reports, tracking charts, and scheduling tasks to align internal resources with on-time and budget objectives. Track project costs and schedules against quality metrics for internal and external customers while resolving part escalations through cross-functional collaboration. Requires five years of relevant experience in a large international company, two years in Spares or Customer Fulfillment operations, and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel. Based in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
