Job Summary
Field-based Operations & Maintenance Technician III responsible for ensuring operational performance and reliability of solar assets. Leads field work, performs preventive maintenance inspections, troubleshooting, and corrective repairs, and coordinates with site hosts. 80% travel to project sites and 20% office work. Demonstrates strong electrical safety practices, uses technical monitoring tools and cloud-based ticketing systems, and mentors technicians/electricians while maintaining detailed service reports and proactive communication with internal/external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience installing, troubleshooting, or maintaining utility-scale PV solar equipment
