Job Summary
Maintenance Worker role within HealthRIGHT 360’s Operations department focusing on facility maintenance, janitorial services, basic repairs, and coordination with contractors. Responsibilities include replenishing supplies, repairing damaged areas, assessing maintenance needs for outside contracting, keeping maintenance records and purchase orders, assisting with safety and regulatory compliance (CARF and OSHA), and supporting site operations and special projects. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, California driver’s license with insurance, 5 years of maintenance/handyman experience, own tools, ability to travel and work weekends, proficiency with basic building trades, and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. Background check and livescan are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid and clean California driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
- 5 years’ experience providing professional maintenance duty services and Handyman.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and have own tools.
- Experience with a wide variety of construction tools, methods and materials.
- Experience with earthquake preparedness is preferred.
