Job Summary
Operations & Maintenance Site Operations Supervisor responsible for the execution of O&M contract(s) at the site and supervising staff across mechanical operations, programming, monitoring, and alarm responses. Primarily on a Saturday–Monday night shift (5:30 PM–6:00 AM). Responsibilities include hiring, training, and scheduling staff; programming and monitoring alarm systems and mechanical operations (HVAC and related systems); coordinating with the client and facility occupants; maintaining and updating system records; developing employee training plans; providing management reports; and being on-call for 24/7 telephone assistance and emergency response. Ensure compliance with licensing/certification requirements, company policies, and safety procedures; interact with customers at various levels; and contribute to contract performance and potential contract expansions. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience, five+ years in operations & maintenance, proficiency with Building Automation Systems, demonstrated leadership, and strong customer-facing abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience
- Five or more years of experience in operations and maintenance
- Able to program and operate Building Automation Systems
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Able to deal with customers and others at all levels
- Knowledge of JCI procedures and policies
- Must be a team player, committed to working in a quality environment
