Operations & Maintenance & Handover Manager - Rail

Oversee all operations and maintenance activities for rail infrastructure, ensuring adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and operational excellence. Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules and preventative maintenance programmes to optimise asset performance and minimise downtime. Lead and manage handover processes for rail systems, assets, and facilities, ensuring seamless transitions and thorough documentation. Direct and mentor maintenance teams, provide guidance on technical procedures, safety protocols, and performance expectations, and facilitate induction and training programmes. Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks, establish detailed records for compliance, identify inefficiencies for process improvements, manage stakeholder communications, prepare budgets, and conduct risk assessments. Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian rail regulations and industry standards. Requires minimum 15 years' experience in rail operations and maintenance management, proven experience managing asset handovers, strong people management skills, and comprehensive knowledge of rail infrastructure systems.
