Operations Maintenance Coordinator Vlissingen

Coordinate and control scheduled operational and technical maintenance tasks on the Vlissingen terminal while managing a 24-hour work schedule. Act as the primary gatekeeper for work orders by evaluating permit requests and resolving conflicts between maintenance and operations teams. Support Lockout/Tagout planning, participate in meetings such as MOC and TRA, and drive process improvements. Report deviations and incidents immediately to ensure a safe, clean environment where compliance remains central. Requires MBO-4 level, fluent Dutch and English, and stress management skills.
