Job Summary
Oversee critical business processes and lead teams while managing relationships with global service partners. Create reliable reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into operational performance, then influence partners to build alignment across matrixed environments. Execute programs aligned with enterprise objectives using project management and Agile methodologies to reduce operating expenses and improve customer experience. Lead or support teams delivering operational outcomes, drive collaboration across functions, and contribute to strategic roadmap planning for client, customer, and provider workstreams. Rotate through analytics, process improvement, and governance roles to support end-to-end experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Healthcare Administration or related business field
- Relevant professional / hands-on experience
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0+
- At least one internship or relevant experience in business operations, analytics, process improvement, or a related area
- Demonstrated leadership through work, student organizations, athletics, or community involvement
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to collaborate, influence, and communicate effectively across teams
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results through collaboration
- Must be available to work a 40-hour work week beginning July 6, 2026
- Working days are Monday–Friday
- Required to work in-person 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and one day of your choosing)
- Eligible for employment in the United States
- Would not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
